By using Roommie you agree to these terms.

Drafts, not professional advice

Roommie produces schematic-design drafts. They are not construction documents. They do not check structure, fire safety, building code, or final electrical and plumbing design. A licensed architect or engineer must review and sign anything that is built, permitted or priced from them.

AI can be wrong

The design agent can make mistakes. Check every dimension and every assumption yourself before you rely on it.

Your work

You own the plans, drawings and models you create. You are responsible for what you ask for and for how you use the results.

Working together

When you share a project, the people you invite can do what you allowed: view, comment or edit. The person who made a project decides who has it and can remove anyone at any time. Work that someone shares with a studio stays with the studio when they leave it.

The Studio plan

Studio is a subscription for up to 5 people, paid monthly or yearly. It renews by itself until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Manage billing; the plan then runs until the end of the period you paid for. Each paid month adds shared credits to the studio. They do not expire, but they can only be used while the plan is active. When the plan ends, your studio, its people and its projects are kept, and come back if you start the plan again. Refunds follow the law where you live.

Fair use

Do not abuse the service, try to break it, or use it to send unlawful content. We may limit or block use that puts the service at risk.

No warranty

The service is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using it.
